The Aquarium Hotel was opened in February, 2009. The hotel is located in the Pavilion 3 of the Crocus Expo being a special advantage for business tourists. The Sheremetyevo International airport is just 15 km from the hotel. The PREMIUM HI-FI exposition organized within CEP EXPO 2011 will be held at the Aquarium Hotel.

Hotel facilities: lobby bar and restaurant, business center services (available at the reception desk), 24-hours room service, laundry services, free parking.
Room equipment: air-conditioning, multichannel satellite TV, possibility for connection of a personal computer, dial-up Internet access, safe, hair dryer, cosmetic accessories.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms of different categories:

1. Standard room (economy room with windows facing into exhibition halls)

3. Studio room (more spacious room with a view to MoscowRiver)

Payment for the hotel accommodation can be made upon check-in (by credit card) or by wire transfer to the MIDTRAVEL’s account. If you cancel your booking LESS THAN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS prior to the check-in date, or fail to arrive at the hotel, a cancellation fee equal to the FIRST NIGHT'S accommodation cost will be incurred.

For credit card payment authorization form is required. Authorization form will be sent upon your request.
In case of swing changes of the ruble exchange rate the prices can be revised. The prices for the rooms booked and confirmed won’t be changed.

Arranging official Letter of Invitation is a complicated process that can take more than 16 days.
Please note that applying for a Visa in your country will also take time.

! Notice: The cost of the invitation does not include the Consular fee that is paid directly at the Embassy/Consulate in your country for reviewing an application.

! Notice: A letter of invitation isn’t an entry Russian visa. You should apply for a visa at the Russian Consulate in your country. You can find all the telephone numbers of the Russian Consulates in different countries at the web-site: http://www.mid.ru/zu_r.nsf/straconsweb?OpenView

We can also provide you with an urgent business invitation. The process takes 4-5 business days. The invitation is sent directly to the Consulate via telex. The cost of an urgent business invitation for European, American, Australian and New Zealand’s citizens is 90 Euros per person. The cost of an urgent business invitation for citizens of other countries is provided upon request and depends on the country.

For getting a multiple entry Visa it’s necessary to submit the original letter of invitation to the Russian Embassy/Consulate in your country.
! Notice: The delivery is accomplished via DHL and the cost of this service isn’t included in the invitation cost.

In most countries for getting single entry Visas the original invitation isn’t obligatory and a scanned copy is enough. The delivery will be made upon the prior request only.

! Notice: In some Consulates the original invitation letter is OBLIGATORY! We kindly ask you to find out at the Russian Embassy/Consulate in the city where you are going to get a Visa if you need the original.

Necessary conditions to apply for a letter of invitation:
1. Invitation support procedure is initiated on receipt of payment only!
2. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after leaving the Russian Federation.
3. There must be two empty pages in your passport.
4. A passport scanned copy is obligatory.
5. A scanned copy of a previous Russian Visa is obligatory only for getting a multiple entry letter of invitation.

This form should be submitted by e-mail with your passport scanned copy (pages with a photograph, validity and personal details).
